On Friday 19th May at 7pm the Museum will be hosting a talk from renowned piracy historian Angus Konstam. Angus has a strong seafaring background, and has specialised on the subject through years of globetrotting research . He has authored many well known books on seafaring history, and some of his recent work explores the history of the Barbary pirates, represented in this exhibition by a loaned bust from the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich.
