SEN Friendly Pet Encounter

landscape drawing

On 2 September we’ll be hosting a SEN (Special Educational Needs) friendly Pet Encounter. This session will be a smaller group than our usual Pet Encounters to allow attendees to enjoy a calmer atmosphere while learning about the animals.

Welcome the incredible Pet Encounters team who will teach you about their beautiful animals, their habitat, where they originate from, and how to care and look after them. You’ll also get a chance to hold and interact with many of the animals.

**Allergy warning: Please note these events may include animals with fur including rabbits, hares, gerbils and meerkats**

Adults AND children need to have a Pet Encounters ticket. Museum admission is not included in the ticket price, and is not required if you just want to see the pets. If you would like to visit the museum before/after pet encounters you will need to buy admission or show an annual pass.

Please note:
⭐ Places are limited, so we advise to book quickly to avoid disappointment.
⭐ Full Payment required at time of booking
⭐ Any cancellations within 72 hours won’t be issued a refund
⭐ All attendees must have a ticket, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

**For Annual Pass holders: At checkout please submit the discount code under the Gift certificate/Promotions section. If you have not received the code please contact the museum on 01946 592302**
