Volunteer at The Beacon Museum

Become part of The Beacon Museum team.

At The Beacon Museum, we believe everyone has something unique to contribute. Volunteering with us is a wonderful way to make a meaningful difference in the community while enjoying a welcoming and engaging environment. Our volunteers are essential team members who help keep the museum running smoothly.

There are many ways to get involved, from guiding visitors through our galleries and assisting our curator to digitising our collection. We also offer opportunities to participate in one-off projects, care for artefacts, repair costumes, or support events. Whatever your interests, there’s a place for you at The Beacon Museum.
