Love is in the air this February. Self love is always on trend and very important in our fast paced world.

Ruth will guide you with a beautiful breath meditation and gentle movements, which will help you to unwind. Followed by beautiful gentle yoga asanas to ease your muscles and soothe your senses. 

Suitable for all levels of fitness, we even have chairs if you would like to practice whilst seated. (over 14s)

With 25 years experience teaching fitness, yoga shred, Core Strength Vinyasa®, Yoga Nidra (Yoga of deep rest), face yoga, and myosfacial stretch, Ruth is the perfect guide for those dipping their toes into yoga for the first time as she emphasises the importance of listening to your body and rediscovering it’s awesomeness!

What you need to know:
🧘 Mats are provided, loose clothing is recommended, please bring a bottle of water.
🧘 Pay what you feel, whether it’s £5 or £0!
🧘 This 45 minute class will start promptly at 09:15, so please arrive in good time.
🧘 Age 14+ unless otherwise agreed.
