The elves are bustling with excitement… and you’re invited to join them in The Beacon Grotto.

Join the elves in their magical workshop, where you’ll learn the magical elf code, create special decorations, write your letter to Santa and much more!

Then at your booked timeslot, join Santa in his Mailroom where you’ll meet the big man, himself!

Each child booked on to this experience will receive a gift from Santa.

The perfect way to embrace the magic of Christmas just before the big day!

How to book

1. Click on ‘book here’ and follow the link.

2. Select the date and 15-minute time slot to meet Santa.

If your ‘Meet Santa’ time is between 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, we recommend visiting the Elves Workshop after your Santa experience.
If your ‘Meet Santa’ time is between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, we suggest enjoying the Elves Workshop beforehand.

The Elves Workshop is open daily from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

3. Select Santa’s Grotto tickets for all children attending.

4. Tell us a bit about your child/children who are coming to see Santa. 

By confirming your booking, you agree to have read and accepted the following information;

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Museum admission is not included. This can be purchased separately. 
• There is limited parking outside of The Beacon Museum, so please allow plenty of time to park and get here.

• If you are late/miss your time slot, we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to see Santa. 

• A maximum of 3 children per 15 minute time slot.
