The Beacon Portal is the ideal location for all of your business needs, offering a uniquely situated meeting space for business, community and educational usage, set against Whitehaven’s harbour as a stunning backdrop. Constructed on the site of Whitehaven’s historic Mount Pleasant, The Portal offers an inspirational setting for your corporate or private event.
The building encompasses two rooms each capable of seating up to 30 people in different formats. The ground floor also includes an open veranda with retractable bi-fold door system, providing an added dimension to your event. High speed WIFI, visual display and in house catering facilities are all available.
The venue is fully wheelchair accessible and The Beacon Museum offers chargeable parking adjacent to the building.
